Payment: A down payment of 50% is required before the project can commence.

Design Revisions: Revisions for social media designs are allowed twice within the scope of the project.

Project Duration: Each design project will be completed within a timeframe of two weeks from the date of project initiation.

Project Initiation: The design process will begin upon receipt of the required down payment.

Design and Presentation: Our proficient design team will diligently craft the design during the designated period. Upon completion, we will present the finalized design along with an array of logo ideas.

Sketches and Pre-Presentation Sharing: We are pleased to accommodate specific requests from clients who wish to view preliminary sketches and work concepts before the final presentation.

Modifications and Additional Idea: If the initial designs do not meet your expectations, our design team is dedicated to making the necessary modifications. Furthermore, we will provide an additional design concept, to be delivered within one workweek.

Non-Proceeding with Brand Ideas: In the event that the presented designs align with your brief and explanations, but none of the provided brand concepts meet your requirements, please note that the down payment will not be subject to a refund.

Final Payment and Original Files: Following the successful completion of the design project and the receipt of the final payment, the original design files will be promptly provided to you.

Publication of Final Works: We retain the right to showcase the final design works on our company’s social media pages, official website, and the company’s portfolio sites. This enables us to highlight our expertise and creativity to a broader audience.

Billing and Payments: Subscription fees will be billed according to the billing cycle specified in your subscription plan. You agree to promptly make payments as per the agreed schedule. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of services.

Service Modifications: If you wish to modify your subscription plan, including upgrading or downgrading services, please notify us within the specified notice period. Changes will take effect in the subsequent billing cycle.

Cancellation: You have the option to cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note that cancellation requests must be submitted before the upcoming billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next cycle. Refunds for partially used billing cycles will not be provided.

Content and Materials: For services involving content creation, you are responsible for providing any necessary content, materials, and relevant information required for the execution of the services. Any delays in providing necessary content may impact project timelines.

Intellectual Property: The intellectual property rights of the content, materials, and designs created during the course of our services will be outlined in the specific service agreement. Generally, you will retain ownership of the final output, while we may retain certain rights for portfolio or promotional purposes.

Confidentiality: Any confidential information shared with us during the course of our services will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. We will not disclose such information to third parties without your consent.

Performance Metrics and Reporting: Depending on the specific services provided, we may provide periodic performance reports and metrics. These reports aim to offer insights into the effectiveness of our services and the progress made towards achieving your goals.

Termination: We reserve the right to terminate services if you breach the terms of the agreement, engage in any prohibited activities, or fail to make timely payments.
